Advising two distinct web-3 companies in their capital raises of a combined $6m via Simple Agreements for Future Tokens (SAFTs). At the time of these transactions, it was the first time this instrument was being used locally to raise venture capital funds.
Acting for a UK company in its acquisition of an NFT Project, including the NFTs themselves, the smart contracts governing their minting and sale, the intellectual property associated with the project, the technology infrastructure supporting it, and the community management platforms.
